Married 1783 in Lancastar, Penna to Johannes Quickel (Quick1.ged) Died
from a hemorrhage as she was returning from the spring carrying a bucket
of water. She and her husband lived in Machester Twp, York County, Penna
on a plantation on the west side of the Little Conowago Creek, and are
buried at Quickels Church, Zions View, PA.15 The stone carving under her
multimedia entry is the stone carving her husband made and placed on their
home.

was organized in the 1760s. Its records date from 1765. The late William
J. Hinke originally translated the records for the years 1765-1842 f rom
German to English, and his manuscript has been microfilmed by the Genealogical
Society of Utah. The records in this database span from 1755 to 1801 and
include the names of more than 5,500 individuals.ξ
